The Coach Frank Foundation offers three types of funding opportunities – individual scholarships, team funding and funding to improve the playing experience. Scroll down to learn more about each option before applying or nominating an individual player or team.

Player Scholarship Eligibility Requirements:
Eligible to participate on an all-female team
Under 18 years of age
Reside in Wayne County, Michigan
Meet the following income eligibility:
Family Size *Income does not exceed
2 $44,055
3 $55,440
4 $66,825
5 $78,210
6 $89,595
For each additional family member, add $11,440
*Income eligibility determined by Wayne County, MI poverty averages provided by 2020 census
Player Scholarship
Application available to any player over the age of 13. Parents, guardians, coaches or teachers may nominate anyone under the age of 13 (or older)
Gift award range: Up to $700
To be used towards the cost of equipment including: glove, cleats, bat. jersey and team clothing, applicable tournament costs
Full Team Funding
Application and nomination form available to any player over the age of 13, parents, guardians, coaches or teachers. Team must be located in Wayne County, Michigan.
Gift award range: Up to $2,000
To be used towards the cost of team equipment including: jerseys, bats, cleats, catcher’s gear, tournament fees, etc.
Playing Experience
Application and nomination form available to any player over the age of 13, parents, guardians, coaches or teachers. Team must be located in Wayne County, Michigan.
Gift award range: Up to $5,000
To be used towards the cost of field improvements including: landscape repairs, spectator areas, concessions, restrooms, etc.
